- 100% burn-in (HTRB) per customer requirement
- Thermal cycle testing on a per lot basis
- Thermal shock testing on a per lot basis
- Full parametric testing at room temperature, at elevated temperature, or over a temperature sweep
- Datalogs of testing, with serialization of parts

Full product traceability
We are able to maintain full product traceability per the following:
- Full assembly traceability by manufacturing lot
- Full materials traceability by material lot
- Archive samples per each manufacturing lot
- Archive of records for a minimum period of 5 years
- For temperatures above 105 °C, please consult factory
- For temperatures below −40 °C, please consult factory
- Longer archive periods available upon request
